These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and gpeya ("gpeya," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gpeya online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, applications, and services accessible at gpeya.net.
By registering an account on gpeya, by clicking any "I agree" or "Accept" button presented during the registration process, or by continuing to use gpeya's services following any update to these Terms, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty -one (21) years of age to register and use gpeya. This requirement is imposed by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. gpeya strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification documents to verify your age during the KYC process. Any Account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance will be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
3.2 Philippine Residency. gpeya's services are directed at residents of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of the Philippines and that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing gpeya from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
3.3 Registration Process. To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information during registration. gpeya reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.
3.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on gpeya. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. gpeya uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and all balances and bonuses forfeited.
3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your gpeya Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
Important: gpeya reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance review.
4.1 Accurate Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. If your personal details change, you must update your Account promptly or notify gpeya's customer support team.
4.2 Login Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your gpeya login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. gpeya is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.3 Unauthorized Access. If you become aware or reasonably suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify gpeya immediately via the in-platform live chat or by email at [email protected]. gpeya will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receipt of such notification.
4.4 Account Activity Monitoring. gpeya monitors account activity for compliance purposes, including detection of fraud, money laundering, and breach of these Terms. You consent to this monitoring by using the Platform. Unusual or suspicious activity may result in temporary account restriction pending investigation.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gpeya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, UnionBank of the Philippines, and Philippine National Bank (PNB). gpeya does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in your name.
5.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. gpeya may impose additional deposit limits in connection with responsible gaming obligations or regulatory requirements.
5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. gpeya processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Help Center, subject to verification and compliance checks.
5.4 AML Compliance. gpeya is obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines and PAGCOR's AML directives. In fulfillment of these obligations, gpeya may request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing and, in applicable cases, reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
5.5 Transaction Errors. If you believe a deposit or withdrawal has been processed incorrectly, you must notify gpeya within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date. gpeya will investigate and, where an error is confirmed, will take corrective action. Claims submitted after the seven-day period may not be considered.
All transactions on gpeya are denominated in Philippine Peso. Exchange rate fluctuations do not affect gpeya Account balances. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through licensed Philippine financial institutions and e-wallet providers only.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. gpeya may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published on the Platform at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for wagering contribution will be specified in the promotion terms. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage.
6.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses have a validity period during which the wagering requirements must be completed. Bonuses and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. gpeya reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where gpeya determines, in its sole reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts; exploiting loopholes or errors in bonus mechanics; and any form of coordinated wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
6.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. gpeya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been credited, where gpeya has reasonable grounds to do so. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on gpeya is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the game server records maintained by gpeya or its licensed game providers shall be the definitive record.
7.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, connectivity failure, or technical error that affects the integrity of a game round, gpeya reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's Account balance. gpeya is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7.3 Sportsbook Rules. Sports betting markets on gpeya are governed by the gpeya Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. Key provisions include: markets are void if the relevant event is abandoned or does not conclude within the specified time; in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and gpeya's right to suspend markets at any time; and gpeya reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on specific markets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gpeya and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the gpeya Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the property of gpeya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. gpeya grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without gpeya's prior written consent.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 12.3 Maximum Liability Cap. gpeya's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gpeya Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Force Majeure. gpeya is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
13.1 By gpeya. gpeya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms; gpeya is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; gpeya has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or your Account poses an unacceptable risk under gpeya's AML or responsible gaming frameworks.
13.2 Balance on Termination. If your Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required compliance checks. If your Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gpeya reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit such balances.
13.3 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting gpeya's customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Any verified real-money balance will be returned following completion of applicable withdrawal procedures and KYC verification.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Regulatory Jurisdiction. gpeya operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR. Players who have complaints that cannot be resolved through gpeya's internal complaints process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures.
14.3 Dispute Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact gpeya's customer support team and allow a reasonable period for gpeya to investigate and respond to your complaint. gpeya aims to acknowledge all complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days.
14.4 Jurisdiction. For any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
gpeya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will specify a new effective date. Your continued use of gpeya following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using gpeya and close your Account.
